Original Content: Whenever possible, contribute original content that adds value to the community.

5. Privacy and Safety

Account Security: Keep your account secure by using a strong, unique password. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify a moderator immediately.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

Follow Moderator Instructions: Moderators are here to maintain the community’s integrity. If a moderator asks you to take or refrain from certain actions, please comply immediately.
Reporting Violations: If you see something that violates these guidelines, report it to the moderators. Do not engage with the violator directly.
Consequences: Violations of these guidelines can result in warnings, post removals, temporary bans, or permanent bans, depending on the severity of the offense. Moderators have the final say in these decisions.

7. No Impersonation

Identity Respect: Do not impersonate other members, moderators, or x6FORUM staff. Misrepresenting yourself in any way undermines the trust and safety of the community.

8. Advertising and Promotions

No Unauthorized Advertising: Do not post advertisements or promotions without prior permission from the forum administration. This includes referral links, product promotions, and self-promotion unless it’s within designated areas.
Collaboration Requests: If you're looking to collaborate with other members, ensure your requests are genuine and follow the forum's guidelines.

9. Language and Communication

Use Appropriate Language: The primary language of the forum is English. Use clear, respectful language in your posts. Avoid excessive use of slang or jargon that may not be understood by all members.
No Flame Wars: Heated discussions are fine, but keep it civil. Do not engage in or encourage flame wars or arguments that escalate into hostility.

10. Forum Etiquette

Be Patient: Remember that not everyone may respond to your posts immediately. Give others time to engage with your content.
Help New Members: Be welcoming and helpful to new members. Guide them on how to use the forum effectively and introduce them to the community.

At x6FORUM, we value a positive, respectful, and safe environment for all members. To ensure this, we have established consequences for those who violate our community guidelines. These actions are designed to maintain the integrity of the forum and protect our members.

1. Warnings

First Offense: For minor infractions, such as off-topic posts or mild language violations, a warning will be issued. This is a formal reminder to adhere to the guidelines.
Repeat Offense: Continued violations after a warning may result in additional warnings or escalation to more severe consequences.

2. Content Removal

Inappropriate Content: Posts, comments, or threads that violate guidelines (e.g., harassment, hate speech, explicit content) will be removed immediately by the moderation team.
Notification: You will be notified if your content is removed and provided with the reason for its removal.

3. Temporary Suspension

Short-Term Bans: For more serious or repeated violations, a temporary suspension may be imposed. This can range from 24 hours to several weeks, depending on the severity of the offense.
Limited Access: During this time, you will not be able to post, comment, or access certain areas of the forum.

4. Permanent Ban

Severe Violations: Engaging in severe misconduct, such as threats, doxxing, or continuous harassment, will result in a permanent ban from the forum.
Finality: A permanent ban means you will no longer be able to participate in or access the x6FORUM. Appeals may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but re-entry is not guaranteed.

5. Loss of Privileges

Restricted Features: In some cases, specific privileges (e.g., creating new threads, sending private messages) may be revoked temporarily or permanently.
Member Role Downgrade: Depending on the severity of the infraction, you may lose any special roles or statuses you hold within the community.

6. Reporting to Higher Authorities

Legal Action: If a violation involves illegal activities, such as hacking, sharing illegal content, or making credible threats, we reserve the right to report the incident to the appropriate authorities.
Collaboration: We may cooperate with law enforcement agencies as necessary to ensure the safety and security of our community.

Appeals Process:

If you believe a decision was made in error or if you have taken steps to correct your behavior, you may appeal the consequences. Appeals must be submitted in writing to the moderation team within 7 days of the action being taken. Each appeal will be reviewed thoroughly, and decisions are final.
